Life has been life-ing here at the homestead. My brother is coming in for a visit (all the way from Oman!) and I can’t wait to see him! We will get to do so at karaoke next Friday, which Little is still picking his songs for.

Work on “Lucky Now” has been slow but steady. Currently on the last bit of Chapter 14 before I start on the already mapped out Chapter 15. This book won’t have as many chapters as I usually do, which is fine. I don’t want filler, I want every scene to count. Just getting the bones down now, I’ll get back to the edits after the first draft is done.

Next weekend, my friend, Stephanie, and I will be going to BRAE (Beyond the Read Authors Event) in Columbus. SO many incredible authors will be there! I cannot wait to see Felicia Fox, Angera Allen, Cora Kenborn, and so many others. If you’re going, shoot me an email from the contact form and we will meet up there!
